Evaluation services are available for a wide variety of programs implemented through governmental agencies and non-profit organizations, and services are tailored specifically to the needs of your program and organization. Our consultants are experienced with many different types of educational and social service program evaluations. Some of those programs include Title VII/Title III, Healthy Start, Even Start Family Literacy, Safe Schools/Healthy Students, Safe & Drug Free Schools, Technology Literacy Challenge, Immediate Intervention/Underperforming Schools Program (II/USP), 21st Century Community Learning Centers, After School Learning & Safe Neighborhoods Partnership, Foreign Language Acquisition, Enhancing Education Through Technology, Jail Diversion, Mental Health, Alcohol and Drug Treatment, Carol M. White Physical Education, and Community Policing programs. Ask a CRR consultant what experience we have had evaluating programs like yours.
Evaluation fees are generally based on the individual needs of each organization and project and are negotiable based on the level of complexity of the evaluation design. At times, costs can be reduced when there are multiple evaluation projects from the same client that can be coordinated to reduce data collection and analysis workload.
Program evaluations are conducted within the criteria and guidelines of the funding source. CRR places particular emphasis on the integrity of qualitative and quantitative data analysis and the inclusion of all stakeholders in the evaluation process.
Our consultants have provided program evaluation services to over 100 government agencies, schools and non-profit organizations for a variety of programs. We maintain high standards of quality and professional integrity for each evaluation, while personalizing our services for each client and site. Our goal is ensuring that the evaluation provides the information and analysis you need to make sound, data-driven program decisions and to validate accountability for your donors and stakeholders. In addition, all CRR staff have received training in the protection of human subjects throughout the evaluation process.
CRR has professional and support staff that have multiple language proficiency in English, French and Spanish. On-site activities and documents, including surveys, etc., can be provided in both languages, if necessary. We also have resources for acquiring translation in other languages when needed.
